Abstract

Moisture content of fruit is an important quality factor to detect the freshness of the fruit. Moisture Content of fruits has effective influence on the density of fruit. Electrical method is used to detect the freshness of fruit. This work will estimate the freshness of variety of fruits with the electrical based approach.

Keywords

freshness, moisture content, LED-light emitting diode.
